Rat.

I am a thirty five year old asexual male living in the United States. I was born in the Year of the Rat, and, more specifically, I am a Water Rat. Thus, I somewhat associate with the rat.

Long ago, I used to be atheist, but I think that was due more to upbringing and environment. Since then, I've passed through a form of agnosticism, investigated Christianity, LaVeyan Satanism, and Taoism, and have wound up wherever I am today. The Universal Life Church ordained me June 19th, 2006, but I haven't done anything ministerial after having been ordained because I'm still searching and learning. I'm not certain what belief system I hold, but I'm still searching, despite the realization that I may never find what I'm looking for.

Politically, I tend to be a moderate/centrist with liberal or libertarian leanings. At least, that's what the online political quizzes that I've taken keep rating me.

I'm currently attempting to translate the Guodian version of the Laozi, a.k.a. the Tao Te Ching, by myself for myself. (Well, I am using online dictionaries for aid.) This has taken longer than I had originally thought, because after finishing a translation, I find myself later dissatisfied with it and start again.

After a year long hiatus, I have also returned to Second Life. I'm currently interested in creating content for Second Life, and the programs I am currently using are Blender, GIMP, QAvimator, and Tattoo. (See below.)

I'm usually an individual of few words, but don't believe that my lack of words implies a lack of interest. It's just an effort for me to put thoughts to text.
